Padelpoint was born from a simple wish: to create a place where sport is not a chore, but an inspiration

We went from “let’s give it a try” to “we want to stay here for good” ourselves. And we realised that padel is about more than the game. It is about people, connection and the joy of movement. Padelpoint Chișinău is the second club in the network.

New to padel? You are welcome here

Padel is a great way to get into sport. You need no tennis experience or athletic background. We will explain the rules, show you the basic moves and help you take your first steps on court.

Rules of the game

Padel without the jargon
Simple rules

RULE 1.

2 vs 2 matches

Padel is a doubles game, 2 vs 2, where teamwork and coordination between partners are key. The court is smaller than a tennis court (10×20 m), which makes the game more compact and dynamic.

RULE 2.

Underhand serve

The serve is hit underhand, at waist height. The ball goes diagonally and must land in the opponent’s service box. Playing off the wall is allowed, which opens up new tactical options.

RULE 3.

Playing off the walls

What sets padel apart is using the walls during play. After one bounce on the floor, the ball may come off the wall, which makes the game more dynamic and fun.

Padel means energy, laughter and team spirit. Try it once and you will see why we are head over heels for this sport.
