Terms and conditions of use

This English version is provided for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.

These Terms and Conditions of Use of the website www.padelpoint.md apply to orders for services offered by «PADEL POINT» S.R.L. through the website: padel court rental, coaching sessions, memberships, corporate formats, tournament entries and purchases from the shop.

Before using the website, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. The company reserves the right to amend these provisions without prior notice.

General provisions

This website belongs to «PADEL POINT» S.R.L., hereinafter “the Club”. By placing an order on the website, the Buyer accepts the Conditions for purchasing services, based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, hereinafter the Terms and Conditions, set out below. Services are provided in accordance with the PadelPoint Chisinau public offer.

Use of the website www.padelpoint.md implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by «PADEL POINT» S.R.L., in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on electronic commerce. Relations between the Buyer and the Seller are governed by Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection and other regulations adopted under it.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is responsible for keeping track of any changes.

Personal data protection

By using the website www.padelpoint.md, you agree to the collection and processing of the personal data required to process, confirm and fulfil orders for the Club’s services.

Personal data is processed only for lawful purposes: providing the ordered services, court bookings, advertising campaigns, Google analytics, cookies, notifications and newsletters.

All information containing personal data is stored and used only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection of the Republic of Moldova.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorised access, keep data accurate and ensure the correct use of information on the website. Data transmission over the internet or a wireless network cannot be fully secure. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information provided by the Buyer.

Booking, ordering and payment

Courts and services can be booked through the online booking system on the website, by phone or at the Club reception.

Services can be paid online by bank card, or on site in cash or by card, according to the Club rules. When you pay, you receive a fiscal receipt confirming the payment.

Online payments are made under maximum security conditions using a bank card. After payment, you receive a booking confirmation by e-mail or messenger.

Prices on the website are shown in Moldovan lei. The base price for renting a court is 500 lei per hour. The Club reserves the right to change prices; changes do not apply to bookings already paid.

Cancellation and refunds

The Buyer may cancel a booking in accordance with the Club rules shown when the order is placed. Refund conditions and deadlines depend on how long before the booked slot the cancellation is made.

If a booking is cancelled within the set deadline, the money is refunded to the bank card used for payment, within the time frame set by the issuing bank.

Rights and obligations of the parties

  • The Club undertakes to provide the services in line with the confirmed booking and the stated quality.
  • The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information when booking and to follow the rules of conduct on the Club premises.
  • The Club is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety rules or proper playing technique.
  • The Buyer is responsible for their personal belongings. The Club provides safe deposit boxes for storage.

Intellectual property

All materials published on the website www.padelpoint.md (texts, images, logo, visual identity) are the property of «PADEL POINT» S.R.L. and are protected by intellectual property law. Use of the materials without the Club’s written consent is prohibited.

Final provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. All disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in court at the Seller’s registered office.

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
