«PADEL POINT» S.R.L. (hereinafter “the Club”, “we”) respects the privacy of visitors to the website www.padelpoint.md and is committed to protecting the personal data you provide to us. This Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and how we protect it, in accordance with Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 195/2024 on personal data protection.

What data we collect

When you make bookings, order services or contact us:

First and last name
Phone number
E-mail address
Booking details: date, time, court, selected services
Details of other players, if you provide them when booking
Details of a minor Club Member (name, date of birth), only with the written consent of their legal representative given when submitting the Court Rental Application; this data is used solely for access to training and safety

Also, automatically: IP address, browser type and page visit data, via cookies and analytics tools, only with your consent (see the “Cookies” section).

Legal grounds for processing

We process your data on one of the following grounds:

performance of a contract - processing, confirming and fulfilling bookings and orders, and communicating about your booking;
consent - sending news and promotional offers, analytics and marketing cookies; consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
legal obligation - keeping payment records for tax and accounting purposes and responding to requests from public authorities.

We do not assume consent merely because you visit the website or pay for services: using your data for advertising requires your separate explicit consent.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared only with the following recipients, to the extent needed to provide our services:

the payment service provider - to process online payments;
Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) - for anonymised website visit statistics, only with your consent to analytics cookies;
WhatsApp / e-mail delivery services - to send notifications and confirmations;
public authorities of the Republic of Moldova - where expressly required by law.

Cookies

The website uses three categories of cookies:

Necessary - ensure the basic operation of the website (navigation, booking form). They are always active and do not require consent.
Analytics (Google Analytics) - enabled only after you consent via the cookie banner.
Marketing - enabled only after you consent via the cookie banner.

On your first visit, you can choose which categories of cookies to allow. Declining analytics and marketing cookies does not limit access to bookings or other website features. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.

Retention period

Data of a minor Club Member	until the Membership expires + 1 year
Financial documents (receipts, invoices)	as required by the tax legislation of the Republic of Moldova
Consent to receive messages and records of consent changes	until consent is withdrawn + 3 years
Analytics cookies	up to 14 months or until consent is withdrawn

When the retention period expires, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Data security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction: HTTPS connection, limited staff access to the customer database and regular backups. Data transmission over the internet cannot be protected absolutely, and we do not guarantee 100% security.

Your rights

You have the right:

to receive information about the data we process about you;
to request correction of inaccurate data;
to request deletion of your data (except data we are required by law to keep);
to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time and unsubscribe from marketing communications;
to request restriction of processing or object to processing in cases provided by law;
to file a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (CNPDCP), www.datepersonale.md.
